3）Motherboard is abnormal

Try to preheat the heatbed and see if the LED lights up when heating , and measure the volt of heatbed port on the mainboard( the volt of heatbed port should be around DC12V if it works correctly ).If it is abnormal,please feed back the detailed investigation results to the after sales engineer.
